Even a low-risk office needs clear fire routes, first aid information and facilities. Also review visitor access, CCTV notices, plant rooms, cleaning stores, car parks and any shared-building arrangements.
Plan signs by area, not by pack
A fixed sign pack cannot reflect every building, activity or occupant. Walk the normal routes, record the message and position, then choose the material and size. Remove duplicated or outdated signs that create confusion.
Keep the schedule current
Recheck signs when the layout, use, staff, equipment or emergency plan changes. Replace damaged, faded or obstructed signs and explain unfamiliar messages.
