These terms are prepared for orders placed through Warning Signage UK. The public store must identify the contracting legal entity, registered address, company or trader details and VAT position before checkout is enabled. Until those details and the supplier catalogue are confirmed, the website remains in pre-launch mode.
Product information
Product titles, artwork, dimensions, materials, standards references, availability and prices should be checked before ordering. Screen colour and scale are not reliable measurements. A safety sign is one part of a wider control system and does not replace a risk assessment, training, safe system of work or legally required equipment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The product page and checkout state whether prices include or exclude VAT. An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when the order is accepted in the confirmation stated by the final trading terms.
Custom products
The customer is responsible for checking final wording, spelling, dimensions, orientation, material, colour references and artwork approval. Production may begin after approval, at which point a change can create extra cost or may no longer be possible.
Delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Contact us promptly if goods are delayed, damaged, missing or incorrect. Risk and ownership will pass as stated in the final trading terms and applicable law.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Consumer cancellation and fault rights are described in the returns policy and are not restricted by these terms. Business purchases may have different agreed return conditions. Custom-made or personalised items are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation, without affecting rights for faults or specification errors.
Liability and site decisions
Nothing in the final terms may exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Product selection, quantity and position must be checked against the actual workplace, risk assessment, fire-risk arrangements and official guidance. Ask a competent professional where the correct legal or technical position is uncertain.
